Pricing FAQ
Is there a free plan?
Yes! Our Starter plan is free forever with 15 posts/month and 1 social account. All platforms supported except X/Twitter. No credit card required.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated.
What happens if I downgrade?
Your account will switch to our free Starter plan (15 posts/month, 1 account). Your data and scheduled posts are preserved — you can upgrade to Pro or Premium anytime.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you're not satisfied. Contact our support team and we'll process it immediately.
Is there an enterprise plan?
Yes. If you need custom limits, dedicated support, or SLAs, reach out to us at support@postpost.dev and we'll put together a plan that fits your needs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. All payments are processed securely.
